Title: Grape Honey
Categories: Fruit Sauce
Yield: 1 Servings

4cGrapes
1/2cWater

Wash grapes and remove stems. Place grapes in a pan with the water. Boil about 20 minutes or until the mixture thickens. Strain off any remaining grape seeds and skins.

Store in sterilized jars and refrigerate.

NOTE: The natural sugars in the grapes are concentrated when the grapes are boiled down to a pulpy syrup. Remember, the sweeter the grapes you begin with, the sweeter the grape honey you'll end up with.
